Cosmic Motivation

I am different from many other space enthusiasts. When I look
at pictures of planets, stars and galaxies, or someone talks about
our future potentials in space - I don't always associate to alien
landscapes or roaring rockets, not even to science & engineering.

My apologies to you, my fellow scientists, engineers, lobbyists
and other space buffs, but my thoughts are somewhere else.

So what do I think of? Well, you'll probably find me thinking of
thriving wildflowers and butterflies dancing by, of the whispering
sounds of leaves in the breeze, or the giggles of playing girls...

Likewise, when I wander through the meadows on a sunny day,
watching wildflowers and butterflies dancing by, listening to the
whispering sounds of leaves in the breeze and playing with my
girls - I don't just see those things around me. I feel an almost
intoxicating, holistic presence of planets, stars and galaxies...
of cosmic evolution in the making.
